Findmy3.ca does not charge visitors any charges for use of the site. Business Owners may choose to purchase a paid listing in our directory. The terms of these memberships may change at the discretion of Findmy3.ca. However, in the future, Findmy3.ca may change its fees from time to time in its sole discretion. If Your Business and Business Listing has been terminated by Findmy3.ca due to our sole discretion or because you have not complied with these Terms and/or because you company has not performed to our expectations and/or provided our visitors with good services, products or experiences you will not be entitled to any refunds. You are eligible to cancel your listing at any time.

Member/Visitor Conduct:
The website and services may only be used for lawful purposes. You may not use the site, information or services to transmit, post, distribute or store any material or conduct any activities in violation of any applicable local, provincial, federal or foreign law or regulation. You agree to comply with any applicable laws, statutes, bylaws and regulations in your use of the site and our services.
