Our goal is to promote exemplary companies that have proven excellence through years of experience and have provided outstanding customer service to earn top ratings in their field. We do this with our comprehensive screening process which includes: verification of current province/city wide trade license if required, current and appropriate liability insurance if required by trade, professional references and a thorough customer review analysis. We also keep our records up to date by conducting this process every 6 months.

1) Certifications and Licenses

We ensure all companies hold any required licenses and certifications required by law to conduct work in their field and region(s). We try to select companies who also hold certifications in business, customer service and other recognizable awards.

2) Current Liability Insurance

We ensure that all companies listed on findmy3 currently have appropriate liability insurance. We determine if their policy is in effect, check their insurance ratings and confirm policy limits to ensure the coverage is up to industry standard.

3) Reference Check

We request and verify 3 professional references from each business. We inquire about fairness in price, work agreements, punctuality, professionalism, customer service, workmanship and the overall experience.

4) Customer Reviews

We also do a thorough review of companies using several different online and offline resources. We select only top-rated companies who have excelled in all aspects of their business.
